Scenario Planning

"Used in an unethical and corrupt way, the technique can hypnotize leaders who do not possess the scientific backgrounds nor research to discern good and scientifically sound approaches from bad.  In a scenario planning exercise - and make no mistake, these Event 201 events [have been] held, according to [Robert] Kennedy multiple times over the several years - conditioned their leader audiences to believe that 'lockdowns' and 'masking' were scientifically viable methods that would 'slow the spread' and prove to have a greater benefit than harm.  Clearly these audiences were practicing the implementation of a narrative designed in the best interest of Pharma and the global elites who all have similar and compatible agendas.  The 'no regrets' is an example of how the scenario planning exercise can be used to create value systems shared among leaders to thwart potential societal resistance.
